Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at CVS Health in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing the online accounts receivable process for the company.

Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records of online transactions and accounts receivable data - Process and reconcile online payments from customers - Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of online accounts receivable - Identify and resolve any billing discrepancies - Assist with customer inquiries related to online payments and accounts receivable - Collaborate with other departments to streamline the online accounts receivable process - Implement strategic planning to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online accounts receivable operations

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong time management skills - Excellent strategic planning abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
