Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


Humana is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for various departments within the company. 2. Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior executives. 3. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation. 4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 5. Provide support for project management and coordination. 6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 7. Assist with budgeting and expense tracking. 8. Coordinate travel arrangements as needed. 9. Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. 10. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong project management and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7. High attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 9. Experience working in a remote work environment is a plus.
