Medical Receptionist - Part-Time

We are seeking a confident, friendly team member who has good administration experience, customer service and a professional, caring manner to work in a busy frontline role This is part time role, 8 hours on Fridays, at Kelburn Northland Medical. If desired there will be occasional extra work available for holiday cover. You will work with nurses, doctors and your administration colleagues to ensure that the medical centre runs efficiently and provides excellent service to our patients Experience in healthcare is welcome, but not necessary. Main duties include: * Greeting patients * Answering phone calls and emails * Scheduling appointments * Invoicing & taking payments * Keeping patient details up to date * General administration We will be looking for: * Experience in Administration/Reception and working as part of a team * A professional attitude, great customer service and a meticulous eye for detail * IT competence is essential; familiarity with indici or other data management software is desirable but not essential * Good time management * Adaptability to change and ownership over role If you think you are a great fit with our mission statement " Quality care with kindness, honesty and respect." then apply now.
