Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

We are looking for a resilient and driven individual to join our team at Baker Hughes as an Office Manager working remotely from Auckland, New Zealand. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, however, 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.


Responsibilities: - Managing day-to-day operations of the office remotely - Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements - Assisting with company communications, both internal and external - Organizing and maintaining office files and records - Providing general support to team members as needed - Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication - Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures - Other duties as assigned by management


Requirements: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creativity in problem-solving and finding efficient solutions - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software - Cooperating with team members and maintaining a positive attitude - High school diploma/GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
