Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

As the Office Manager at CenturyLink, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our remote office in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage all administrative tasks for the remote office, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. 2. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. 3. Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records. 4. Handle basic accounting duties, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses. 5. Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects. 6. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. 7. Handle any other tasks as assigned by senior management.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and confident individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. 2. Strong critical thinking and research skills. 3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. 5. Previous experience in an office management role is preferred but not required.
