Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


AIG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in office management or a related field, with strong organizational skills and a proven track record of managing administrative tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow and productivity - Provide administrative support to senior management, including drafting reports, emails, and presentations - Manage office budgets and expenses, and monitor inventory of office supplies - Supervise and support administrative staff, including recruiting, training, and performance evaluation - Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Confidence and leadership skills to effectively lead a team and negotiate with vendors - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
