Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


NiSource is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Office Manager in a remote work setting based in Wellington, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience at an entry level position.


Responsibilities: - Manage and organize office operations and procedures - Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow - Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls - Maintain and update office databases and records - Assist with project management and coordination - Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies - Provide administrative support to team members as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of experience in office management or a related field - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong problem-solving skills - Creative thinking abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software programs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
