Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Invivo Wines is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level Operations Manager, you will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational processes to ensure efficient and effective operations. 2. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 3. Optimize supply chain management and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and processes. 5. Supervise and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of growth and development. 6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management. 7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the wine industry. 3. Strong planning and analytical skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Must be detail-oriented and organized.
