Job Description - Operations Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Raymond James Financial is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to work remotely from Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, the Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operations strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize workflow. - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of remote employees to ensure goals are met and standards are maintained. - Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and make data-driven decisions. - Manage budgets, expenses, and financial data to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. - Oversee compliance with regulations and industry standards.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a remote work setting. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office and project management software. - Resourceful and reliable with a high attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent research skills and analytical abilities. - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus.
