Insight Enterprises is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment - Coordinate meetings and appointments for senior staff - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Assist with data entry and record-keeping - Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed - Provide general office support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
Requirements: - Reliable and confident individual - Strong people management and planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
