Job Description:
Serko Ltd, a leading technology company in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Administrative Assistant to work from home on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members - Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations - Support in organizing and scheduling meetings and conferences - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
