Job Description - Administrative Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Las Vegas Sands is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to work from home in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority level requiring at least 1 year of experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed - Handle correspondence, maintain files, and organize documents - Assist with event planning and coordination - Provide administrative support for various projects - Manage office supplies and inventory - Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations


Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits - People management and strategic planning soft skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Prior experience in office administration or related field - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
