Job Description - Administrative Assistant - Work from home

Regions Financial is seeking a passionate and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to senior management and team members. - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements. - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. - Maintain confidential records and files. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. - Assist with project management tasks as needed. - Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders. - Perform general office duties and errands as required.


Requirements: - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Experience working remotely and using virtual communication tools. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
