Job Description - Remote Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Les Mills International, a renowned fitness and wellness company based in Auckland, NZ, is seeking a Remote Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in administration and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced global organization.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team members and management remotely. 2. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. 3. Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation. 5. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed. 6. Keep track of expenses and ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. 7. Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files. 8. Support team members with any ad-hoc tasks or projects.


Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Hardworking and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. 2. Soft skills: Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to interact effectively with colleagues and external partners. 3. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.
