Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team at C.H. Robinson Worldwide in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. 2. Assist with organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases. 3. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. 4. Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, such as memos, reports, and presentations. 5. Assist in the preparation of meetings, including taking meeting minutes and following up on action items. 6. Support the team in various administrative tasks, as needed. 7. Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. 5. Driven and resilient personality traits. 6. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence others. 7.
