Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


Cin7, a leading software company based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an entry-level role, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or coordinator position.


Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments for the team. 2. Assist in managing and organizing company documents, files, and databases. 3. Support the team in preparing presentations and reports as needed. 4. Communicate effectively with team members and external partners via email, phone, and video conferences. 5. Assist in general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organization. 6. Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives, demonstrating strong teamwork skills. 7. Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


Requirements: 1. Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role for at least 1 year. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. 5. Strong presentation skills and attention to detail. 6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 8. Passion for the work and a desire to make an impact within the company.
