Job Description:
Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a part-time Remote Office Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing all administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our remote office.
Responsibilities: - Manage all administrative tasks including office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office equipment - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff - Oversee communication with clients and partners, ensuring prompt and professional responses - Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and other records - Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures - Support staff with any technical issues related to remote work tools and software - Assist in organizing and coordinating events and team-building activities - Provide general support to the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field - Proven track record of reliability and independence in a remote work setting - Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of HR procedures and practices is a plus
