Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


Ryman Healthcare is currently seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the office and providing support to various departments within the company.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures - Organize and schedule meetings and appointments - Maintain and update filing systems - Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Coordinate with vendors and service providers - Assist with budgeting and financial reporting - Provide general administrative support to staff - Handle confidential information in a professional manner - Perform basic HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in office management or a related field - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Strong research and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office software - Prior experience with budgeting and financial reporting - Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively - Knowledge of HR processes and best practices - Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
