Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Remote Office Manager to join our team at AECOM in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our remote office. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Oversee all administrative functions of the remote office, including but not limited to, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence - Support remote staff with any office-related needs, including IT support, procurement, and facilities management - Assist in the onboarding and training of new remote employees - Coordinate team building activities and events to foster a sense of community among remote workers - Provide regular reports and updates to upper management regarding office operations and productivity - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance - Act as a point of contact for remote employees to address any concerns or issues
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - At least 4 years of experience in office management or a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Adaptable and resilient, with a positive attitude towards challenges - Experience in people management and demonstrating emotional intelligence
