As an Office Manager at UGI, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a part-time position where you will have the flexibility to work from home. We are located in Wellington, New Zealand, and are seeking a driven and hardworking individual to join our team.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems to ensure efficient office operations - Manage schedules and deadlines for various projects and tasks - Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - Handle communication with clients and vendors - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations - Provide general support to visitors - Perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team - High level of cooperation and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
