Job Description - Online Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Online Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Freeport-McMoRan in Wellington, NZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our online operations team, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless communication across various departments.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and update online databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. 2. Coordinate online meetings and webinars, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing materials. 3. Monitor online communication channels, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed. 4. Support the online team with various administrative tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, and report generation. 5. Assist in coordinating online events and promotions, collaborating with marketing and sales teams. 6. Maintain online filing systems and ensure all relevant documentation is organized and accessible. 7. Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues related to online systems. 8. Provide general administrative support to the online operations team as needed.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an online or digital environment. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Energetic and reliable personality traits, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and online collaboration tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
