Job Description:
As an Online Office Manager at AutoNation in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online office. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the online office operations, including but not limited to email correspondence, calendar management, and document organization - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication - Monitor and respond to online inquiries and customer feedback - Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies - Analyze data and generate reports to drive strategic initiatives - Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements: - Resilient and resourceful - Strong decision-making skills - Innovative mindset - Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Excellent time-management and organizational skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
