Job Description - Online Office Manager

Job Description:


Baxter International is seeking a part-time Online Office Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people management and decision-making skills, and must be reliable and hardworking.


Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the online office, including coordinating with team members, overseeing projects, and ensuring deadlines are met. - Handle all administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, answering emails, and organizing documents. - Assist with HR duties, including onboarding new employees and managing employee records. - Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working order. - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity. - Keep track of expenses and create budgets for office operations. - Handle any other duties as assigned by senior management.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. - 3+ years of experience in office management or related field. - Excellent people management and decision-making skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
