Job Description:

Land O’Lakes is seeking a reliable and energetic Online Operations Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no specific experience is required, but we are looking for someone with 1 year of work experience who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of our online platform - Monitor and analyze online performance metrics - Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations - Identify areas for improvement and present recommendations to management - Provide support to customers and resolve any issues that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality - Strong persuasion skills to drive online engagement - Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions - 1 year of work experience - Ability to work part-time in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ
