Job Description - Online Virtual Assistant

Job Description:


Citizens Financial Group is seeking a talented and motivated Online Virtual Assistant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service roles. As an Online Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our online services.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide virtual administrative support to team members, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents. 2. Assist with online customer service inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 3. Help with data entry, updating online databases, and maintaining records. 4. Coordinate online meetings and webinars, including sending invitations and setting up virtual conference rooms. 5. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback from customers. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve online processes and systems. 7. Assist with social media management and online marketing initiatives. 8. Perform other online tasks and projects as assigned.


Requirements: 1. Confident and dedicated personality traits. 2. Strong people management skills and adaptability. 3. Proficient in using online tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and social media. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. High attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Knowledge of online customer service best practices. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
