Operations Associate

Job Description:

Silver Fern Farms is seeking a reliable and resourceful Operations Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will possess strong teamwork and cooperation skills, as they will be working closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, including inventory management, order processing, and quality control. 2. Collaborate with team members to ensure that production schedules are met and deadlines are achieved. 3. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. 4. Help to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process. 5. Utilize company transportation to assist in the delivery of products to customers as needed.

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. - Reliable and resourceful personality traits. - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Must have a valid driver's license. - Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
