Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate at Enlighten Designs, located in Nelson, New Zealand, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. Responsibilities: - Assist with daily administrative tasks including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing office supplies - Support operations team with project coordination and execution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company documents and policies - Assist with data entry and report generation - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication - Handle basic customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Support team in meeting tight deadlines and deliverables
