Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Commercial Metals is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Operations Associate to join our team in Wellington, NZ on a part-time basis. This position will be work from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance for the successful candidate. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day operations, including monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Conduct in-depth analysis to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities - Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies - Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions - Provide support to the operations team as needed - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong communication skills
