Job Description:
Allbirds is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a confident and driven individual who possesses excellent people management and analysis skills.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of remote operations for the company - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflows - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Manage a team of remote employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners - Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5 years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proficient in data analysis and reporting - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions - Proficient in MS Office and project management tools - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
