Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Baker Hughes, a multinational industrial service company, is seeking a talented Remote Operations Manager to join our team. This part-time position, located in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ, requires a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role at the mid-to-senior level. As a key member of our team, the Remote Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational activities from a remote location, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement remote operational strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 3. Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products. 4. Provide guidance and support to remote team members to ensure they are meeting performance goals. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 7. Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve issues in a timely manner. 8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 6 years in a similar operational role. 3. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. High level of adaptability and time management skills. 7. Proficiency in remote work tools and technology. 8. Willingness to travel as needed.
