Remote Operations Manager

Performance Lab is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement remote operation strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. 2. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to ensure operational goals are met. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures. 4. Maintain communication with remote team members to provide guidance and support. 5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. 6. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall operations. 7. Manage operational budgets and resources effectively. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
