Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager at L Brands in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient business operations - Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and order fulfillment processes - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track operational efficiency and make data-driven decisions - Lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment of business objectives - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations and reduce costs - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards in operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience - Strong leadership skills and experience in people management - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Dedication to the job and reliability in meeting deadlines and objectives - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ERP systems - Experience in retail operations is a plus
