Operations Manager - Work from home

Narrative is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of our business processes.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness - Oversee and manage a team of employees, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects - Coordinate with various departments to streamline communication and collaboration - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Manage budgeting and financial forecasting for operational expenses - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the company

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in operations management or a related field - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing teams - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively - Adaptable, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
