Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team at 3M in Auckland, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities: - Managing calendars and scheduling appointments - Coordinating meetings and events - Making travel arrangements - Preparing reports and presentations - Handling correspondence and communication on behalf of the executives - Conducting research and compiling information as needed - Assisting with project management tasks - Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to manage projects efficiently - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High attention to detail and accuracy
