Job Description:
Hnry, a leading company in Auckland, NZ, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities: - Managing calendars, schedules, and appointments for executives - Coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls - Organizing and maintaining files and records - Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports - Assisting with project management tasks as needed - Providing administrative support to other team members as required
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and cooperation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
