Job Description - Personal Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Ingram Micro is looking for a dedicated and independent Personal Assistant to work from home in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team and senior management. 2. Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. 3. Conduct research, prepare presentations, and handle confidential information. 4. Assist with personal tasks such as errands and household management. 5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 6. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence. 7. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 8. Foster a positive and professional working relationship with all team members.


Requirements: 1. Strong dedication and ability to work independently. 2. Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. 3. Creativity in problem-solving and task management. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
