Job Description:
St. Jude Medical is seeking a part-time Secretary to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a crucial member of our organization, the Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, and possess excellent people management and analysis skills.
Responsibilities: - Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members - Managing and organizing company files, documents, and records - Scheduling appointments and meetings - Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations - Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence - Providing general administrative support to staff as needed - Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory - Ensuring the office is clean and organized at all times - Performing other duties as assigned by management
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong people management and analysis skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proactive and self-motivated attitude
