Job Description:


TravelCenters of America is seeking a dynamic and experienced Secretary to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments effectively. As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize all administrative tasks efficiently, including answering emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments. 2. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed. 3. Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records. 4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for team members. 5. Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, conferences, and events. 6. Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Independent and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment. 7. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
