We are looking for a passionate and resilient individual to join our team at J.P. Morgan Chase as a Secretary working from home in Auckland, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize correspondence, documents, and files - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials - Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Previous experience working as a secretary or administrative assistant - High school diploma or equivalent
