Job Description - Secretary - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a confident and dedicated Secretary to work from home for Sears Holdings in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. This role requires strong teamwork and people management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize electronic documents and correspondence. 2. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments. 3. Provide administrative support to the executive team. 4. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties. 5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 6. Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Secretary or similar role. 2. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong teamwork and people management skills. 6. Confidence and dedication to the role.
