Job Description:
Airgas is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. 2. Assist in research and data analysis projects to support business initiatives. 3. Handle correspondence and communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. 4. Create and maintain digital files and databases. 5. Help in preparing reports and presentations. 6. Assist with virtual event planning and coordination. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and workflow.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. 2. Highly organized and detail-oriented. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 6. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
