Job Description: DuPont is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members from a remote location.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage calendars and schedule appointments 2. Coordinate travel arrangements 3. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports 4. Conduct research and compile data 5. Handle incoming and outgoing communications 6. Assist with project management tasks 7. Organize and maintain files and records 8. Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements: 1. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong organizational and time management skills 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks 5. Emotional intelligence and the ability to analyze situations effectively 6. Attention to detail and accuracy 7. Reliable internet connection and home office setup 8. Bachelor's degree preferred
