Job Description:
NVR is currently seeking a dedicated and confident Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and helping to streamline our daily operations.
Responsibilities: - Manage and prioritize daily tasks such as email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and updating calendars - Coordinate meetings and events, including sending out invites and organizing necessary materials - Assist with research projects, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed - Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested - Support project management by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and coordination of tasks - Adapt to changes in priorities and workflow with speed and efficiency
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Planning and problem-solving skills - Cooperation and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
