Virtual Assistant - Work from home

Quantifi Photonics, a cutting-edge technology company based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a confident and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an Associate Level position requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Virtual Assistant at Quantifi Photonics, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our team and ensure smooth operations. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments - Handling correspondence and communication with clients and partners - Organizing and maintaining files and records - Conducting research and compiling data as needed - Providing administrative support to executives and team members - Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events - Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
