Job Description - Research Assistant - Part-Time

Research Assistant (Fixed Term, Part Time), Clinical Pharmacy

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a part-time research assistant to join our research team to help support participant recruitment, data cleaning and linking, data analysis and a scoping review for a study. The study is a joint study between Te Toka Tumai Auckland and The University of Auckland, which aims to collect prospective data to identify risk factors for hospital readmission, in adult patients.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills

A masters health related degree or higher and experience with human health research is required. Excellent interpersonal skills, prior recruitment experience and administration of surveys will be ideal.

As this study involves recruitment at Te Toka Tumai (Auckland City Hospital) you will need to be on site at Auckland City Hospital 2 – 3 days a week. As you will be working in a hospital environment you will need to be up to date with your vaccinations for this post. Hours and days of work can be flexible and you’ll be supported by a wider multidisciplinary research team across Te Toka Tumai Auckland and The University of Auckland.
