Job Description - Secretary - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and confident Secretary to join our team at L-3 Communications. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities: - Manage and organize all incoming communication, including emails, phone calls, and messages - Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members - Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documentation - Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems - Assist with drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion - Support team members with any additional administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Passion for providing outstanding administrative support
