Job Description:
Time Warner is seeking a part-time Secretary to work remotely from Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience, who are independent and resilient individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer and direct phone calls 2. Organize and schedule appointments 3. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms 4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports 5. Develop and maintain a filing system 6. Order office supplies 7. Provide general support to visitors 8. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients 9. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers 10. Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality and data security are maintained
Requirements: 1. Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks 6. High level of integrity and professionalism 7. Independent and resilient personality traits 8. Analytical and problem-solving soft skills
