Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Wildfire is seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to join our remote team in Auckland, NZ. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience who is adaptable, passionate, and possesses strong people management and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat channels. 2. Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely manner. 4. Prepare and analyze reports to track account performance metrics. 5. Update client information and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 7. Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 1+ years of experience in customer service or account management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
