Job Description:
AES is seeking a dependable and dynamic Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Nelson, NZ.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to assigned customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Assist with account management tasks, including data entry, reporting, and analysis. 3. Conduct research to gather information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for maximizing customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Participate in decision-making processes related to account management and customer interactions. 6. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, such as email, phone, and online chat. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 8. Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or account management role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 8. Strong research and decision-making skills.
