Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

United Natural Foods is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our remote team based in Nelson, New Zealand. This position is located in a flexible working environment that prioritizes speed, efficiency, and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the account management team in maintaining client relationships and meeting sales targets. 2. Assist in coordinating and managing client orders, shipments, and deliveries. 3. Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. 5. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review. 6. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role. 2. Reliable and passionate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to negotiate effectively with clients. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a virtual team. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
